Poped the cowl halves apart. Left the trim rings in place in the lower half and cleaned up the worst of the excess epoxy & flox. Re-coated the trim rings with PVA and filled the remaining gaps with a mixture of epoxy, micro ballons, cab-o-sil and flox.
