Nibbled the hole in the aft right baffle out to roughly the size of the oil cooler plenum opening. Clecoed the plenum to the baffle and used a rotary file to clean up the hole in the baffle. Hogged out the bottom edge of the plenum to open it up to match the baffle and back-filled the outside with more glass to make room for more shaping.
