Clecoed the pitot mounting plate to the left outboard bottom wing skin and marked the perimeter and holes with a Sharpie. Drilled and clecoed the corners of the plate to the skin, then drilled the remaining holes. Took it apart and de-burred the holes. Used a Unibit to hog out the center of the hole for the pitot mast to pass thru the skin, then used a nibbler to cut to the line.
