I didn't do a great job of attaching the aluminum side skirts to the canopy, and never was happy with the way they fit the fuselage. The fiberglass aft skirt didn't adhere very well, either. Tired of avoiding the issue, I finally picked up a knife and grinder and cut them off. I'll lay up new skirts with glass in the next few weeks.
