I finally got in touch with Airplane Plastics in Ohio about adjusting the canopy. They suggested using a strap to pull the front canopy frame bow in about an inch narrower than I wanted it to be, then heat the whole canopy to 160-170 degrees for about 6 hours. Used some scrap plywood to make a box to use as an oven.
