Made the battery retainer strap from 1/8x1-1/2 bar stock. Drilled all the holes to #40. Reamed the bolt holes up to #10. Used the Unibits to hog out the lightening holes to 13/16". Weighed the bar just for giggles - 74 grams before drilling any holes, 53 grams complete.
