Installed the rod end bearings. Pinned both elevators in place and trimmed the stab tip flanges to clear the counterbalances. Checked for adequate clearance to allow full up and down travel - need to trim the lower spar flange to permit full down travel. Removed the left elevator. Blocked the right elevator in-trail and drilled the control horn for the center bearing hinge pin. removed the right elevator. Re-attached the left elevator and blocked it in-trail. drilled the control horn for the hinge pin. Removed left elevator. Reamed both control horns to 0.25" for the center hinge pin.
