Taped up the upper intersections and started laying on clay. Found that the clay was too soft to hold it's shape on the thin sections of the trailing edges and pulled it off. I added aluminum spines to the trailing edges add a little rigidity to the forms. Ron Roberts came by and "helped" me finish the dams for pouring urethane foam. Pouring the foam on the right side went fairly easily, despite the nearly impossible angles of trying to pour the void between the gear leg and the belly skin. We wound up with one small void in the center of the inboard side.
