Finally in this work session I also worked on the tank skin. I removed the blue film from the inside of the tank skin, and then scored the rivet lines on the outter side of the skin, and removed the film. then I reassembled the fuel tank skin, ribs and reinforcement anlges, and began match drilling the fuel tank for both riveting and the screw holes around the perimeter.
Finally I analyzed the fit of the T-405 Angle and used the belt sander to remove 1/16" of material around the circumfrence of the inner section to allow a closer fit in the leading edge of the inboard fuel tank T-703R rib.
