Brief Description:  Fuel Tank Sealing and Riveting, Day 9

In this work session, I sealed and squeezed the AN470AD6-4 rivets to cover the machine holes on the T-703-L/R fuel tank rib/tank walls. This step can be done multiple ways, but I preferred to squeeze the big rivets to preclude a larger job. I then clecoed the outboard T-703-L/R rib, and the T-710 stiffener on the left and the right fuel tanks. I remembered on the right fuel tank to squeeze the five rivets that connected the T-410 rib stiffener to the outboard rib. I remebered to do it almost as an after thought, and ended up putting the machine heads on the thicker T-410 material instead of the thinner T-703 rib. I do not forsee this being a problem, the rivets can't tell. But I had to remind myself to stop and slow down and complete this work slowly and smoothly. However I remembered this tank aftyer I had set the T-703 rib on the right tank, and forgoten to squeeze those same tivets on the left tank. No worries I will use the rivet gun to set those rivets later. After that, I used the pneumatic squeezer to set the rivets on the right tank, but the sealant wasn't really dry enough so the progress got bogged down and I had to do a few rivets twice. After completing the right tank, instead of making a push to get the left wing done, I called it a night and went to bed. Enough is enough for one day.
