Brief Description:  Rudder Counterbalance Skin and Spar Riveting

I was able to successfully rivet the counterbalance skin to the counterbalance rib by changing the orientation of the working material. Previously I was attempting to rivet vertically into the workbench. I elected to orient the material vertically and increase the airpressure on my 2x rivet gun, along with opting for a heavier and longer bucking bar to properly buck the rivets. I was able to finish only having to remove a few more rivets. the rivets weren't anything to brag about, but they are in and secure. Finally I had to used a square file to trim the lead counterbalance to get it to properly fit into place, once in place I installed the R-00001 nutplate and the AN509-10R16 screws.
