This log entry record record my efforts to bend the trailing edge of the right elevator to the proper angle prior to final riveting of the right elevator. I used the two 2"x6" board connected with door hinges to attempt to bend the elevator skins down to the proper anlge. I used two different ends of the boards, I used the long ends (6") to slowly work the skin back down from its initial angle. Then I used the short ends (2") to attempt to make the final bends. While I was able to bend don the skin significantly, I still have to work on the skin to get it down to the proper angle.
