I completed priming all of the vertical and horizontal stabilizer parts using the three step method discussed before. 1) Washing the parts with Dawn soap and water, and drying off the excess water. 2) Wiping the parts down with Acetone, and remarking the parts with a sharpie 3) Spraying on two coats of Moeller Zinc Phosphate primer
After completing this work, I washed all of the skin stiffeners and an spar reingforcement plates with dawn dish soap in preparation for priming.
