Brief Description: Deburring Rudder and Priming Prep
On this day, I completed deburring the inside and outside of the left and right rudder skins, and also completed deburring the rudder frame.
After deburring the rudder frame component, I began the preparations to prime all of the components to the empenage. This was accomplished by lightly scuffing the parts with red scotchbrite pads, and then washing them with Dawn dish soap in a shop sink. After that I dried them with paper towels, and let them air dry completely.
