to continue the work on the rudder structure, I cut the rudder skin stiffeners apart from the angle stock in preparation for trimming. Then installed the rudder spar to the skins one at a time, and marked the position of the spar using a permanent marker. This would allow me to find the percise length of each stiffener and double check each measurement, prior to trimming and shaping the stiffeners. After that I completed fitting the lower and upper ribs to the rudder spar, and match drilled them together.
