When I completed trimming the right elevator stiffeners, I then installed the elevator stffeners and secured them in place with clecos. I then installed the elevator spar. I completed assembly by installing the right elevator control horn and clecoed it into place. Finally I match drilled all the stiffeners, spar holes, and the control horn.
