After completing the work on the under structure, I fit the skin on the left side of the Horizontal Stab Skin and clecoed it into place. the skin went on rather easily and was clecoed into place with a small amount of effort. When I initially fit the skin, as directed, I left out the HS-0006 and HS-00005 ribs. I later fit the HS-00006 rib into place and clecoed it into place
I also upsized four holes in the rear spar and spar reinforcement bars to #21 size for blind rivets as directed by the instructions.
