Brief Description: Trimmed inboard flaps and re-checked rig.
Trimmed inboard flaps. Found that left flap inboard root area skin was under tension. Removed the skin overlap with the fuselage on both flaps, trimming that area off (per Van's build instructions - if that is required). Reinstalled and re-checked rig on both flaps. Removed and reinstalled wingtips. A winter project post test flying will be to add a cosmetic cover piece with a joggle in it to cover the lower flap/wing gap and most importantly cover the pushrod hole to help keep out any draft that can create in the winter.
