Brief Description: Drill bushings and countersink

Reinstalled elevators and aligned and through drilled for 10-32 screws at both the outbaord (counter weight side) and the inboard (push-rod side). Needing 1-1/2" MS24693-S280 screws to finish up the preliminary install. Also spent about 1 hour doing the intial trimming and fitment of the canard tips.

Plywood boards used to alighn elevators

#30 cleco (thru hole) and #40 (partial)

Alighnment and gap at the leading edge looks great
