Brief Description: Attach hinges to 2x seats

Spent hour or so figuring out exactly where the seat hinge brackets attach. Used a piece of 9mm hobby plywood to elevate the hinges above the surface of the table top. See photos for more details. Added nut plates to the two holes wrongly drilled to 3/16 in the first bottom seat pan. All other holes correctly drilled to #21 and tapped to 10-32 thread.
