I had to make the counter-weight cut-outs in the canard to about 3/8 wider to properly fit the lead slugs. The lead weights were fitted to the outboard arms and confirmed clearance.
I received a DEPSTECK USB endoscope (Amazon ~25 bucks) to help install the 10-32 nuts along the elevator tubes. Unit has LED tip lights and worked great with the laptop to see the "wrench on a stick" reach the nuts. Got one nut installed. The other will follow later.
