I cut the bubble in two and taped them to the wingtips. It was a little tricky as before the lens properly nest in the joggle it’s difficult to judge the fit. I used the tin snips for all the rough cutting, the lens is actually pretty soft. I figured out that if I cut to 1/16 from the marked cut line, I could get one side (upper or lower) to fit pretty well, then I sanded until the other side popped in.
