I deburred tank stiffeners and drilled them to the fuel tank skin. I also deburred tank skin edges and drilled then fuel cap to skin. As many parts are getting ready I removed vinyl around stiffeners and ribs and deburred the stiffener holes).
The remaining activity before assembly is fitting to leading edge (splice plate).
