Drilled the fuel drain to the skin. Used a slightly different method than for the left side. Basically a cleco fit snugly into the pre-punched hole. By positioning a cleco into the drain fitting it perfectly centered it related to the hole. A clamp was used to keep it to the skin while match drilling to the skin.
