Brief Description: Lower empennage fairing

Fitted the lower empennage fairing. Just a little material had to be removed to get it to hug the HS profile. I dug out the upper fairing to see how well it fit, how it interfaces with the lower fairing and how to lay out the hole pattern. I also spend time looking into other builders logs, I might make my own lower fairing, basically extending the upper to wrap all the way around.
