Started the SB 14-01-31 by removing the rivets for the ribs and spar stiffeners. Two of the ribs needs to have one of the flanges cut off to make room for the additional stiffener. There is a figure in the kit provided by Vans specifying how to drill for an angle serving as a new flange.
