When I made the first tunnel cover, I added some width to get better cover. It was a good idea, but it created a problem for the E-Z Out Console Caddy I plan to use.
So I needed to make a new one, this time exact to the drawing dimensions. One challenge is that the floor is now installed and nutplates already positioned. To get the holes to line up, I made reference lines on masking tape to cross referenced the hole positions.
It also slips right into the bottom of the caddy which means there will be no issue with fit.
