Test fitted the bulkheads to the tail bottom skin (F-779). Not a great fit, but better than what I see on other logs. Vans must have changed the forming process a little. I started massaging the skin and bulkhead tabs for better fit. Now I just have to bend the tabs a little to make skin contact.
