I split the tips to adjust the twist. The only way to move the eh... tip-tip, is to split the outer portion about 1/3 of the cord. I guess I could made more attention to twist when I drilled it (instead of the flange), but I think in any case it would have moved a little when riveted. Before, the tip-tip swayed to the right. I used two angles to hold it in place. I will glass it in position tonight.
