Finally got to the stage that I can trim the trailing edge. I wanted to wait until they were riveted to their final position, clecos gave too much flex. They varied from 1/4 to 1/16 from elevator trailing edge. I used a belt sander and I looks like I barely got into the fiberglass, it was mostly gel coat and they didn’t split. I’ll have to split both of them as they had some twist. Wingtip rib is not riveted because I need access to the trailing edge from the inside to add flox for strength.
