After drilling the VS spar to the elevator stop, it was removed and measurement was made to make sure the lower bolts were positioned correctly. Luckily I had made a footprint of the tail wheel bracket on the bulkhead and with measurements I transferred that footprint to the VS spar. The aim is to get 3/8 edge distance on both tail wheel bracket and the lower hinge bracket.
