Started fitting the vertical stabilizer. There is a lot of measurement to assure the position is straight and vertical. The height is measured from the longeron to the lower bracket. The 'verticalness' is assured by measuring from the top to the same place on the horizontal stabilizer. In addition I used a string through a bead located at the top hinge bracket through the two other hinge bracket. It was dead on and I will keep checking throughout the drilling process.
