Spent more time testing out clamping and positioning techniques. Adding a stop block behind the plexi assures the longitudinal position. I made matching alignment lines on the sides and added the final masking for the Sikaflex. The masking is in several layers so that when I smooth the sika with my finger, I can remove one layer of tape and the excess sika.
I finished the day with paining the glare shield matt black.
