Again, things were looking gloomy outside, so not as many photos.
Roof rail installation:
I started with the front inserts. Hold the inserts up to the channel and position the clips so you can slide them over the pins. Snap the front pin on the insert in the roof, then slide the two clips over the channel pins.
Next do the rear inserts.
Make sure all the old filler is removed from the holes in the channel. Then apply fresh silicone seal around the four studs on the roof rail. Install the roof rail and and tighten down the nuts.
Now put all that other stuff back in the car......
