Earlier when I was trying to smooth out the ragged edges aftermaking the rudder cutout I used an edging tool which unfortunately stretched the skin on the under side. As an attempt to fix that I decided to create plugs for the cutout which will be riveted to the skin. Attached photos are of forming blocks I made and resultant left and right plugs.
