Deburred holes on HS side of hinge. Started on center section of elevator structure. After initially trying to align predrilled skin holes with center section, realized that 6T3-2 was 5mm longer than specified, so cut about 2mm from each end and remade angle brackets. Inserted between skins to start setting up to drill holes in rib end flanges.
