Brief Description:  Add L-angle back doubler behind aileron horn

1. I have been a bit concerned about the strength of the aileron horn attachment to the aileron. It is apparent the weak spot in the linkage has been the aileron bell crank support. However the upgrade greatly reinforces the bell crank support, so horn attachment might prove too weak. I decided to put a 130-mm doubler on the inside of the aileron riveted to the horn, rib, and bottom skin.

2. Clamp the doubler in place, mark the center of the front-most hole bottom skin hole with a 1/8" transfer punch, drill 3/32" & cleco.

3. Mark, drill and cleco the next hole; repeat for the remaining 4 bottom skin holes.

4. With the L-angle clecoed in place, mark the front-most rib hole with a 5/32" transfer punch, drill 3/32", 1/8", and #20, then cleco; repeat for the remaining 4 rib holes.
