Brief Description: Back drill rivet holes through the spar cap extrus
I essentially followed my work on 3/24/10 to do this job, drilling to 3/16, then putting a #11 bit through the hole. Except that I did not use cutting oil. I decided that cleaning up the mess of the oil before priming wasn't a little wear on the cheap HF 3/16" bit. There were no problems. The HF 3/16" bits actually drilled much better than the much more expensive #11 bits.
