Brief Description:  Deburr, scour, clean, and prime top spar cap joint

1. Deburr the rivet holes in the spar cap, spar cap doubler, web, and extruded angle

2. Scour the joint lines with ScotchBrite.

3. Brush the joint lines to clean off the ScotchBrite dust.

4. Clean the joint lines with camp fuel. I've decided that camp fuel is probably as good as the lacquer thinner used in the past, but is probably less toxic.

5. Prime the joint lines with Cortec 703. I primed as far as possible into the joint between the web and the spar cap.

6. I let the parts dry for a couple of days. That seemed to eliminate the tackiness that caused parts to stick together when the parts only dried for a few hours.
