Brief Description: Remove bottom spar cap rivets & nose rib angles
1. Drill out the A5 rivets holding the 3 inboard nose rib angles to the spar web. Drilled 1st w/ a 1/8" bit, then w/ a #20. Only 2 heads came off on the drill bit. Used a chisel to knock off the other heads. Removed the nose rib angles. Then used a 5/32" pin punch to knock out the rivet shanks.
2. Drilled & punched out the 5 most inboard 3/16" rivets on the bottom spar cap. Also removed the bottom rivet where nose rib angle, 6-ZU-1-4, will be riveted to the spar caps.
