Brief Description: Turn wing upside down and level

1.Turned the skin over and set it on doubled 2x4'x, just outboard of risb 4 & 8. 2. Put in shims to level the main spar. 3. Puti shims to level the rear spar whle keeping the spar at 9°. 4. Double check all level items and angle of spar.
