Brief Description: Drill & cleco nose ribs to right spar
IMPORTANT DISCOVERY: For bifocal wearers with stiff necks like me, I found that wearing my computer glasses (single vision, focused ~18" in front of my eyes) made it a lot easier to do close work like drilling rivet holes!
1. Using 2 .025 strips on the top of the spar and one underneath, drill 3/32" & cleco nose ribs 5-7. See Fig. 1, where the 2nd strip on top is visible.
2. Again using 2 .025 strips on the top and one underneath, redrill 3/32" & cleco nose rils 1-4. The additional strip did not make much difference in the hole position.
3. Drill & cleco 1/8" nose ribs 1-7.
4. Drill & cleco #20 nose ribs 1-7
5. Remove nose ribs 1-7 and set aside for installation later.
6. Get rear channels out of storage in preparation for the next step.
