Brief Description:  Drill out skeleton holes, disassemble, deburr

I drilled the holes out for the A4 and A5 rivets. The only place I had trouble was with the right front spar attachment. When I removed enough clecos to give me access to drill out the holes, the doubler shiffted a bit and was not as well lined up. When I did the left side, I used some cleco side clamps to hold things steady while I drilled and everything was rock solid.

I found that the chatter of the drill #20 drill bit could usually be eliminated by pushing the drill down very hard before starting the drill motor--usually.

I tried to do most of the deburring by sliding a file along the line of holes. That worked reasonably well, but not perfectly. I cleaned up many holes with a 0.5" drill bit. The burrs were very tough to remove. It was tough to get rid of the burrs w/o chamfering the holes with the drill bit. Many holes appeared to have a slight, small burrs after considerable treatment.

After the parts were disassembled, I used Scotch Brite to sand out the transverse scratches in the spars and doublers that I could find.
