4. Cut 2 .040 shims.
5. Clamped shims to the spar end flange and drilled, 3/32", 1/8", and #20. See Fig. 2.
6. Put the nose skin back in place. The prepunched holes now meet the flange distance spec, as shown in Fig. 3.
