1. Tack rivet 60-mm outboard of ribs 2, 4, & 6 per PAM instructions. The tack rivets are not flush with the surface. They stick up ~1/32" or so. I talked to Roger, ZAC, and he said that would not be a problem. See Fig. 1.
2. Drill top rear skin 1/8" & cleco. I did not have enough zinc clecos to leave the 3/32" clecoes in the top and to drill 3/32" and cleco the bottom rear skin. The top skin looked to be a perfect fit. See Fig. 2.
3. After talking with Roger, I have decided on the following wing build sequence from here on out:
- Turn wing over - Drill 3/32" and cleco the bottom rear skin - Rivet on the nose ribs - Install the boost fuel pump and the gascolator - Drill 3/32" and cleco the nose skin to the main spar and nose ribs - Turn the wing over, drill 3/32" and cleco the nose skin to the top of the nose ribs and main spar - Double check for alignment, twist, etc. - Drill nose ribs out for A4's and top rear skin for A5's - Install aileron control horn and access cover - Rivet top rear skin - Install fuel tank and fuel lines - Rivet top nose skin - Install wing locker - Install landing/taxi light
