Brief Description:  Fab 2 pcs of new design pump mount

1. Finalized design of new bracket:

- Blank is 228x90-mm recgtangle
- Bend U-arms at 36-mm from each end. Gives the platform a width of 157-mm which just fits between nose ribs 2 & 3
- L-angle stiffeners,152-mm long, riveted to top and bottom of the U
- The pump is ofset 11-mm from the channel centerline so that the inlet and outlets will be equidistant from the enclosing ribs.
- The inlet design flow system is as follows:
. install a Facet FF-4 fuel filter directly into the finger screen
. install a 1/8" brass street ell in the pump inlet
. install a ~2" 1/8" brass nipple into the street ell
. install a 1/8" ell onto the nipple
. install a 1/8"NPTx1/4" i.d. straight hose adapter into the ell
. connect the fuel filter to te hose adapter

- The outlet design flow system is as follows:
. install an MS20822 1/8"nptx3/8"tubing aluminum ell
. bend a piece of 3/8"x.035 wall 5052 aluminum tubing to connect from the ell to an AN833 bulkhead ell that is mounted to an ~50x100-mm .025 aluminum plate that covers a hole in the fuselage, and is attached to the fuselage with #10 nut plates. Since the total tubing length is only ~1 ft, intermediate supports should not be needed for the aluminum fuel line.
. 3/8" aluminum tubing will take the fuel from the bulkhead fitting to tank selector valve
. 3/8" aluminum tubing will take the fuel from the valve, to an eyeball fitting through the firewall to the gascolator

2. Built new pump mount channel and clecoed it in place to test for rigidity, fit, etc. See Figs. 1 & 2.

3. Fab'd the channel and L-angles for a 2nd channel for the left wing. I'll drill these when I assemble the left wing.
