1. Cut & deburr 4 more lightening hole cover plates for the Wing Locker Option. As before, the aft plates are rounded on 2 corners, but square on the two corners that butt against the flange of the stiffener.
2. Lay out 12 rivet holes on each plate.
3. Use the drill press to pilot drill 3/32" pilot holes in the plates.
4. Drill 3/32" & cleco the plates to left and right ribs 4 & 5.
