Brief Description: Deburr rear ribs, build aileron bell crank support
1. Deburr edges and lightening holes of all 18 rear ribs. This time I put the Merit emery cloth wheel in my die grinder and used that to smooth the edges of the lightening holes after knocking down the major burrs with a half round file. The two larger holes in every rib did not have a burr. The two smaller holes usually had a significant burr. See Fig. 1
2. Cut the aileron bell crank supports from the 1x1.5x0.125" angle blanks. I used a hack saw for the rough cuts, trimed down with a vixen file, and finished with a mill file. In reviewing the dwg. 6-W-6 just now, I realized that I neglected to cut the base of the supports down to 20-mm width. I need to do that next. See Fig. 2
