Brief Description: Deburr nose ribs, notch ribs 1-3
1. Deburred the edges and flange holes of the nose ribs. I used a half round file to knock off the rough burr on the flange holes. Then I polished with a 120 grit emery cloth wheel chucked into my drill press. I might try putting it into my die grinder next time. See Figs. 1 & 2.
2. Cut corner notches in 3 left and 3 right nose ribs. I again found that a chain saw file is the ideal tool for cutting relief holes in the corners. I cut close with tin nips, and then files for a smooth finish.
