1. To make a better deburring took, I cut the tang off an 8" half round file; cut remaining file in half, ground edges smooth. I got this idea online, somewhere.
2. Deburred all the holes in both elevator skins and ribs.
3. Rolled the edges of the outside ends of the elevator skin.
4. Scoured the joint lines with ScotchBrite.
5. Cleaned the joint lines with laquer thinner.
6. Primed the joint lines with thinned Cortec 703 primet.
7. Set to dry overnight with a fan blowing to speed drying.
